Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please be sure to read the full product descriptions and ingredients list before placing your order, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective products. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note it may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
