Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within South Africa via trusted local couriers. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Free Shipping: On orders over R750

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
